If your item is damaged, stolen or lost, please file a claim in the resolution center in the Neighbr App. The borrower can then accept and pay, or deny the claim. If the borrower does not respond in 24 hours, or denies the claim, we'll escalate the claim to one of our Claim Managers who will respond to the claim within 24 hours.
If your item is late, message the borrower and ask if they'd like to extend the rental period. You can then file a claim in the resolution center for the Hourly Price x Overdue Hours (rounded down). If they don't respond within 4 hours, file a claim for the replacement of the item in the resolution center.
Our commitment to you: We will do everything we can to retrieve any late, repair or replacement fees for you item. We'll also be fast about it.
